Dayna began studying Acupuncture theory in 2006 with a course in Acupressure while attending University.  During that year, she realized that Acupuncture was the holistic health care that she wanted to study and practice.  She enrolled in the four year program at CCTCMA where she became a Registered Acupuncturist and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her education was concluded by a practicum in Beijing, China, then a volunteer acupuncture program in Nepal. Returning to Canada, Dayna practiced first in Yorkton, SK before returning to Saskatoon in 2012 where she started her own business. In January 2023, Dayna took the leap to move out to the Kindersley area to build her practice there.

Passionate about Women's Health and Wellness, Dayna dedicated her early years of practice toward Fertility, Pregnancy, Reproductive Health, including writing a reproductive medicine board exam in 2017.

Looking to broaden her style of practice, she found the Balance System of Acupuncture and completed the certification program in 2020 through the Tan Academy of Balance with Dr. Sonia F. Tan. She continues to use the Balance System of Acupuncture as her primary style of treatment which involves a meridian focused approach and has transformed her practice in many ways.

Dayna now resides on an acreage near Kindersley, SK with her partner and dog.
